PARTICIPANT APPLICATION FORM

International Piano Festival (IPFD) has two separate courses. Both Courses are for pianists with disabilities; however, they have different goals.

Course A: A competition, where the contestants play a compulsory piece of music.
Course B: Takes place on stage where pianists will play a work of their own choice in front of an audience.

In either course, the applicants will be eliminated by the Committee of IPFD in accordance with their performances as well as regional fairness.  The finalists will perform on the stage in Vancouver, Canada from September 30, 2009 to October 3, 2009.
